As part of the Pipeline Replacement Project, ONGC and its EPC contractor undertook a critical offshore infrastructure upgrade at the NQP Platform. A major requirement was to perform a Hot Tapping operation on a live 16-inch pipeline to introduce a new 12-inch branch connection. Given the complexity and high-risk nature of the task, TRITORC was selected as the specialized engineering partner for executing the operation without interrupting ongoing hydrocarbon flow.

As the global economy increasingly prioritizes decarbonization, wind energy is expected to contribute a substantial share to the world’s electricity mix by 2050. In this evolving energy landscape, global OEMs and leading Indian industrial players such as the JSW Group are playing a pivotal role in advancing the renewable energy transition. Using their strengths in manufacturing, infrastructure development, and operational excellence. OEMs Building Sustainable Energy Systems beyond Turbines
Challenge As part of ADNOC’s SARB Accelerated Growth Project, early tie-in of production wells at AlQatia (SARB North Artificial Island) demanded a highly precise and reliable leak detectionmethod for critical process piping. The scope involved testing 1” to 6” piping for SLOT-58 andSLOT-35 under high pressures (up to 276 Barg), where even micro-leaks could pose safety, environmental and operational risks. Ensuring leak-free start-up without delays or rework wasessential to the project’s success.
The inauguration of the New Pamban Bridge marks a significant milestone in India’s infrastructural advancements. “The blend of historical reverence with modern engineering.” TRITORC is honored to have contributed to this landmark project by supplying specialized bolting tools required for its construction. Pamban Bridge: A Legacy Rebuilt
A major wind energy project has begun: one that will play a key role in India’s vision toward sustainable power. The goal? The goal is to produce 30 GW of wind energy per hour by installing numerous wind turbines in a span of five years. It is a big mission, and Tritorc is all set and started leading the bolting work needed to erect these giant machines and bring them to life.
What is a Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner? A Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner is a Power Tool that is used to stretch a bolt or stud in order to allow for the tightening of the nut against the flange or joint on which it is placed. This tool must apply a controlled amount of tensioning force on the fastener to ensure that sufficient tightening of the joint occurs and yet does not exceed the yield strength of the bolt.
