User Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and site-specific safety protocols.
- Refrain from activities that disrupt Site or Service integrity and security.
Accounts & Credentials
If registration is required, you’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify Tritorc immediately of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and content on the Site are owned by Tritorc Equipments Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

Warranty & Guarantee
- Services are delivered with reasonable skill and care per industry standards.
- Equipment rentals are inspected before dispatch; report defects within 24 hours of receipt.
- Except where stated in a service-level agreement, no express or implied warranties apply, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Payments, Invoicing & Purchase Orders
- Fees are invoiced as per your contract; payment terms typically Net 30 unless agreed otherwise.
- Purchase Orders must be submitted and acknowledged before services begin.
- Late payments may incur service suspension or late fees.
- Invoice disputes must be raised within 7 business days of receipt.
Negotiation & Contract Formation
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A binding agreement forms upon written acceptance of a quotation or contract.
- Any amendments require mutual written agreement.
- Tritorc may reject, renegotiate, or withdraw offers at its discretion.
Service Policies
- Clients must ensure site readiness, access, and regulatory compliance.
- Delays or extra costs due to inaccessible or unsafe sites may result in revised charges.
- Site-specific policies will be documented before mobilization.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All non-public information shared during engagement is confidential.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Force Majeure
Tritorc is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or supply chain disruptions.
Termination
- Tritorc may suspend or terminateServices immediately for breach, non-payment, or misuse of IP or equipment.
- Clients may terminate with written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding dues.
- Obligations on IP, confidentiality, indemnity, and liability survive termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
